Ingredients
3 cups rice, cooked
1 1/2 cups Brookshire’s Queso Easy, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
3/4 cup Herdez Roasted Salsa Roja
fresh cilantro, for garnish
Directions
- Place large piece of foil on work surface. Spray with nonstick cooking spray. Add rice to center of foil. Scatter cheese cubes over rice. Pour salsa on top.
- Lift the top and bottom of foil. Fold down over ingredients, leaving room for heat circulation. Fold up the sides to create a packet. Place on a grill over medium heat. Cook for 20 minutes.
- To serve, carefully open packet, and empty into large bowl. Stir to combine. Sprinkle with cilantro.
